Fixing Specifications
Powerspec is a cutting-edge specification tool designed to help architects select and specify the appropriate tile adhesive and grout products for their projects. Once registered, Powerspec will enable you to generate NBS format specifications that conform to all British Standards and the ability to download details, material safety and technical data sheets.
Through the product selector, Powerspec will allow you to receive recommendations on the correct BAL grouts and adhesives to use on a project.
Wedi
Wedi tilebacker building board is the world s leading brand of waterproof, light weight and thermal insulating board for bathrooms, showers, toilets, kitchens & conservatories.
The range includes Fundo walk in shower and wet room systems, bath panel kits, pipeboxes and pre-cut board for achieving curved settings, steam / shower cabins and shower columns.

Technical Specifications & Slip Resistance
Working closely with the leading provider of testing for slip resistance, we are able to assure the architect or designer that the flooring products specified are fit for purpose.
Ceram are a UKAS accredited laboratory for both the pendulum test and the ramp test.
We are able to supply technical specifications, anti slip ratings (where applicable) and cleaning and maintenance documents for all products.
Movement Joints
Movement Joints must be placed correctly. Ceramic and stone tile installations can be subjected to a variety of stresses leading to tiles bulging, cracking or becoming detached from the substrate.
However, the correct placing of appropriate movement joints absorbs many of these stresses, preventing damage.
CAD Design & Specification Service
Swedecor can assist with the design for major projects by producing tile layout and sectional details in conjunction with a full fixing specification in the M40 format.
